What it does.
ArpSentry Social runs at social-mcp.arpsentry.com. It connects ArpSentry’s own accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads and Google Analytics to the AI assistant a staff member is using. For clients, it works with the YouTube channels, Google Ads accounts and Google Analytics properties they have given ArpSentry access to. Only ArpSentry staff can sign in.
Publish videos and posts. Each one is shown to a staff member as a preview and is published only after they confirm it.
Read performance: views, watch time, audience retention and followers.
Manage ad campaigns. Every change is shown as a preview and needs a staff member’s confirmation, and budgets stay within a daily cap set for each client.
Read website analytics for arpsentry.com and for clients’ websites.
Nothing is deleted without confirmation.
Client accounts.
Clients never sign in to ArpSentry Social and never give it their passwords. A client grants ArpSentry’s Google account access inside Google’s own products, separately for each one:
Google Ads: the client links their Google Ads account to ArpSentry’s manager account.
YouTube: the client adds ArpSentry as a manager of the channel’s Brand Account; a staff member then connects that channel once by choosing it on Google’s sign-in screen.
Google Analytics: the client gives ArpSentry Viewer access to their property.
Withdrawing access.
A client can withdraw ArpSentry’s access at any time, in the same Google settings where they granted it: by unlinking the manager account in Google Ads, removing ArpSentry from the channel’s managers in YouTube, or removing ArpSentry’s access to the property in Google Analytics. ArpSentry Social then can no longer reach that account.
Google services it uses.
Each Google API is used only for the features below, for ArpSentry and for clients who have granted access.
YouTube Data API: upload, list and delete videos on ArpSentry’s YouTube channel and on client channels ArpSentry manages, and read channel and video details. Uploads and deletions need a staff member’s confirmation.
YouTube Analytics API: read views, watch time and audience retention for videos on those channels.
Google Ads API: read reports, pause and resume campaigns, and change budgets on ArpSentry’s ad account and on client accounts linked to ArpSentry’s manager account, within each client’s daily cap.
Google Analytics Data API: read website traffic and enquiries for arpsentry.com and for client properties ArpSentry has Viewer access to.
Connecting and disconnecting.
A staff member connects ArpSentry’s Google account by signing in with Google from a one-time link that ArpSentry Social generates, then approving the permissions on Google’s consent screen.
Disconnecting the account in ArpSentry Social deletes its stored tokens. Access can also be revoked at any time from the Google account, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Privacy.
Our privacy policy describes how ArpSentry Social accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data, including the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy. For client data, ArpSentry acts as data processor under a written data processing agreement with each client.
